WLS and Exercise
I just started exercising regularly this weekend! Yep, I confess I haven't been at all consistent on it until now. I got a Wii fit and that kick started me. I also have a stationary bike and several of us from work are starting jazzercise the first of October.

I EXERCISE 7 DAYS A WEEK. I HAVE STARTED DOING STRENGTH TRAINING AFTER I WALK A MILE AND I WALK A LAP AFTER EVERY SET OF WEIGHTS THAT I DO. SOMETIMES I DON'T FEEL LIKE GOING BUT I HAVE DONE IT SINCE ABOUT WEEK 2 AFTER SURGERY AND IT IS WORKING FOR ME. I DID A LOT OF CARDIO AT FIRST AND IT WORKED BUT I GUESS MY BODY GOT USED TO IT SO I HAD TO CHANGE IT UP. GOOD LUCK!
