Special K protein bars?

I picked up some Special K protein bars the other day and they are really good, so good I don't know if i should be eating them, does anyone know if they are legal to WW patients?  If they are not let me know, please.  Then tell me what kind you all eat, if any.  Also I thought after surgery that we weren't supposed to have protein shakes because of the sugar?  Please post back about either of these.

I'm confused... I thought you were supposed to drink, drink , drink protein? You just have to watch which ones you get because some are super high in sugar.

How much sugar are in the Special K protein bars? As for the protein shakes, the nut.s at WW want post-ops to get protein from real food, as much as possible. That's my understanding, anyway.

When you all refer to nuts and WW what are meaning by that. I am not up on all the lingo yet.

That's my understanding too Mary, I just see so many people on here that drink protein shakes, and I don't always notice if they are from WW.  I have to go see Dr. W. tomorrow anyway I will just ask.
