my breakfast is a yogurt, my meds (real early in the morning when scott goes to work) then when i wake up for the day I will eat a couple peices of toast or a sandwich... ok, its usually lunch time... but i call it breakfast cause its when i actually wake up.

I am HORRIBLE about eating breakfast.  And I mean HORRIBLE.  I dont eat it about 98% of the time.  I do eat some beef jerkey or one of those 100 calorie Cheese-Its bags for a morning snack or stop at Quik-Trip for some pepper jack cheese sticks.  On the weekends I try to eat maybe a wrap, some eggs, or some slices of bacon.  I just dont do breakfast.  I make up for it though by having that morning snack around 9:30, then a lunch, then dinner at night, then an evening snack around 8-9ish

I have been eating a string cheese and a couple of slices of the precooked bacon that you just nuke.  Or, I have a protein bar.  On the weekends I may make an omelet.  If the mood hits just right I will have peanut butter on a spoon.  I always have coffee!  That is never optional- must get my caffeine fix!
I have maintained for one year at this point.  I am steady at -120 pounds.  =)

I hardly ever eat breakfast myself but like the others when I do it will be some form of egg or cheese. Those are definately the staples.

Guys, I don't know if you know it or not, but I will bring it up. I worked at a coffee shop and our egg and cheese bagels were the most fav....We had a perfect size bowl and sprayed it with Pam, then broke the egg into it and stirred it up, we put a paper towel over the top...(and it WILL need this)...and placed in microwave for 1 min. soooooo basically it takes one min to cook an egg in the microwave....slap a slice of cheese on it and canadian bacon....You have breakfast in two min!  I also love the little egg quiche's. They have no crust so...It's all protein and veggies. Using egg beaters is a good idea for these too.  They are wonderful rewarmed...and can be eaten on the go...You can make such a variety of them and freeze!
