tears of joy
well folks today I went wedding dress shopping. I was not looking forward to it because I didn't want to get depressed when I couldn't find anything I liked. Well low and behold the last dress I tried on was THE ONE!!!!! To my surprise I asked the consultant what size it was, thinking it would be a 20 or larger because that is what I told her I needed. She responded with and let me quote her "honey, this and all the dresses you have tried on are 16's" OMG my mouth dropped to the floor and a tear rolled down my face. She asked me why I was crying and I told her that just 3 short months ago I was in a size 24 and never in my wildest dreams would I have thought that I could get into a 16. I am not pushing myself to get to a 14 by the time the wedding rolls around. I have 9 weeks so keep praying and sending me good exercise vibes so I can reach that goal. I just wanted to share this with all of my OH family. whoot whoot
Congratulations, on your upcoming wedding and finding the perfect wedding dress. With 9 weeks to go, you might want to find a good seamstress, as I bet you'll have lost enough weight to need the dress taken in. You want your dress falling off AFTER the wedding. ;)
Blessings,
Mary
