saw Dot & Rita
Mary, I was very glad to have met you and your husband today. Did you two enjoy your dinner date? You can get that 9 pounds off in one month. I have faith in you. You need to put a pic on your profile because you are very beautiful. Please let me know if I can help you in any way. Just give me a shout. Best of luck to you in the next 30 days. You will do fine.
Rita
Thanks, Rita. Yes, Chris and I had a very nice time at Red Lobster. I dran****d tea, which was a treat. I'm sure it had caffeine in it, so I may pay tonight, as I try to go to sleep. I'm extra tuckered, so, hopefully, that will help.
Beautiful? Me? Time for glasses? hehe. Well, that's very sweet of you to say. Jesus in me is beautiful, for sure. :)
I've already talked to my family, and they've agreed to be my cheerleaders for the next 30 days. They're very supportive anyway, but I just need a bit extra. I do so want that surgery date, in 4 weeks. I'm keeping my eyes on the prize. In fact, Nov. 9th is the 7th anniversary of when my mom moved to Heaven, and maybe it's strange, but I'd love to have my surgery on that day.
Here, we celebrate each person's birthday (most do, anyway), but I think that, in Heaven, the day (Earth time) that a person entered Heaven is celebrated. I have nothing to base that on, except my vivid imagination. However, I've heard so many people talk about the neat things that happen to them, near the anniversary of a loved one's death, that it makes me wonder if God doesn't ask each person, on their Entrance Date, "What would you like to happen to a loved one on earth?" It's a neat thought, anyway.
Well, I didn't mean to ramble, although I recognize it's easy for me to do. Thanks, again, for your sweet comments and support.
Blessings,
Mary

Thanks. I AM determined! I just need to keep the motivation and not waste one day. That's the key, isn't it. I appreciate all the encouragement I've received on this wonderful OK Forum.
