What are some of the things you have to have in your fridge at all times?

Some of the things I have to have in my fridge at all times are soy milk, a variety of cheeses, deli meats, eggs, ice cream cannister in the freezer for protein ice cream (thanks to eggface), variety of sugar free syrups, water, propel, strawberries, garlic and onions. What are some of yours????

eggs
bottled waters
sugar free fudgsicles (in the freezer)


I might add that I keep in the pantry at all times the high protien hot chocolate mix and the tuna lunch to go kits.

Must have my string cheese, iced tea, water, deli meat, ff cheese slices, salsa, and lf cottage cheese. Works pretty good too, DH has lost 14 lbs since I had surgery. lol  Cindy

I have to have my lf cottage cheese, cheeses of all low fat varieties, deli meat, diet green tea, diet ocean spray cran grape, canned chicken breast...love the kits for lunch...turkey sausage and sf tropical popsicles.  Whenever my tummy is unhappy a sf tropical popsicle does the trick!

 String cheese twists, turkey sausage, lite veggie cream cheese, eggs, lite sour cream, salsa.
And currently, yummy leftover crockpot chicken.  Thanks for the recipe!!!

Ok here's the condensed version of my fridge LoL:

Ground turkey; turkey smoked sausage; boneless skinless chicken thighs and breasts; variety of cheeses and deli meats; milk; baby dill pickles; eggs; variety of fresh fruits and veggies; variety of marinades and condiments; gallon pitcher of sweet tea made with splenda.

Eggs, cheese, popsicles, frozen chicken breasts (the kind that are stuffed with mushrooms, cheese, et cetera), turkey sausage,  salsa, lf sour cream, slice deli meat, blueberries, ricotta cheese, soy milk, peanut butter, almonds, whatever I have left over from eating out -- this week, ny strip steak with broccoli, sliced brisket with green beans and coleslaw.

I can tell you about the chicken breasts because Lynette told me last week about them.  They are at WalMart and are the Sam's Choice brand.   They are in the chest-type freezer section in the same area with the boneless, skinless breasts.  They come 2 to a box.  I found 3 flavors but have only tried one.  I enjoyed it.
