Well, the dizziness just isn't getting any better; it's just getting more frequent. I was at work and had to grab onto my desk as one of my coworkers dropped by. I got a lecture and didn't think much more about it. I decided to check my blood pressure at my mom and dad's house (he had quadruple bypass about 10 years ago, so he checks his BP religiously). Well, it came in at 92/72 there. I thought that was wrong so I went to Walgreens and it was 92/68. After a few more tests and a nice pharmacist, I thought it might be right. I figured that this will eventually regulate itself, but today I was at work and got the dizziest ever so I thought I would call WW to see if they could tell me how much longer I could expect to deal with the dizziness. They of course, asked probing questions and now I have to go in tomorrow morning for lab work and then have to go back at 2pm to see Dr. Walton (I guess my doc, Dr. B is out of town). Teach me to call and ask a question! So much for my brilliant "deal with it" scheme. Anyway, I tried to get them to let me come in after the 1st of Oct. when my new insurace with my new job kicks in, NOPE! So, is anyone going to be at WW tomorrow around 2pm or 7am?

OK I HAD THE SAME THING HAPPEN TO ME ABOUT A WEEK OUT. I STARTED TAKING MY BLOOD PRESSURE MEDS A COUPLE OF DAYS BEFORE AND THEN I STARTED GETTING REALLY DIZZY. I CHECKED MINE AND IT WAS VERY LOW. I LAID DOWN AND WHEN I GOT UP I ATE A LIME WITH SOME SALT ON IT. NOT A PRESCRIPTION FOR EVERYONE BUT THE SALT HELPED BRING MY BLOOD PRESSURE BACK UP. NEEDLESS TO SAY I DON'T TAKE MY BLOOD PRESSURE MEDS ANYMORE BECAUSE OBVIOUSLY I DON'T NEED IT. I HOPE YOU GET IT REGULATED AND FEEL BETTER. DIZZINESS IS NO FUN!!

Update: My blood pressure at WW was 80/50. That's kind of scary to me...Dr. Walton isn't really sure what we're going to do at this point. All of my labwork came back good. They can give me meds to get my BP up, but he would prefer to do it without meds. He is calling around and supposed to call me tomorrow. I will say that I have NEVER had BP troubles and it seems like (and this could all be in my head) I'm now lightheaded even while seated. I'll let you all know what Dr. Walton says when I hear from him tomorrow. Thanks for your concern.
