breaking down....

I'm breaking down and going to WW tomorrow.  I think I have a stricture.  I called Dr. B today and I have to report to the hospital at 5:30 in the morning for Dr. Walton to take a look-see.

I threw up pretty much everything the past couple of days, so today I decided to go to liquids.  I threw up what little bit of my protein shake I got down this morning, so I decided to do clear liquids for the rest of the day and haven't been able to keep liquids down either.

I left work early, Josh drove me home (my carpool girl is going to drive my car home because her car is here) and my brother is taking me to OKC tonight and we are staying in a hotel.

Brother (Frank) will take me to the hospital before dawn tomorrow and then go back to the room until he checks out and goes to his appt at 11 am.

SO, needless to say, I won't be able to make it to Olive Garden tonight :o(

I'm sorry you're having issues.  If you have time when your done, stop by Room 11 and say hi to me.  I look awful but I'd be happy to see you.  Good luck and hang in there.  I think they may have my issues figured out.  I'll be getting an upper GI tomorrow sometime with Dr. Walton so I should be around close by.

I'll say a prayer for your swift recovery.  Puking is no fun.

Dot - I'm so sorry you're having problems.  That just really is the pits!  Please keep us posted and let us know how it's going.  Take good care of yourself!

Dot, I'm really sorry. But, after they get you scoped and checked out, I'm sure you'll be feeling better soon. I'll be keeping you in my prayers.

Just stay positive you might just have the stomach bug that is going around...the scope is no big deal. The weirdest part is the stuff that makes your throat go numb...not the best tasting thing.

Thank you everyone for your thoughts and prayers.  I'm so glad it was a quick, easy fix...  Now, I have to face the bills.  That's the pitts!
