holy crap

I was hoping it was just the sugar free candy I ate yesterday-but I don't think it is.......I think my intestines are turning inside out and I didn't even get to go to Mexico.....

It's so hard to drink water when you know it's going to come out the wrong end-but it is the thing to do.....bleah.

Deb,  There is nothing holy about that crap!  lol  Hope you are better soon.  There is some kind of bug going around.  Lots of vomiting...hope you don't get that part of it!!!

Oh Deb, I'm so sorry! If you need anything, please let me know. I'll be glad to make a Gatorade or 7-Up delivery.

Deb, I hope you are feeling better by now.  I had the same thing a few weeks ago and it is miserable.

How is everyone?  I have been MIA for several weeks now and miss you guys.  Lots of new faces and I'm glad to see some familiar names that have really done well during my MIA.  Well, I've been very busy with work and life in general.  I'm doing well but need to get a fill really soon.  It has been two months since my last one and the next one is on the 30th.  I'm working out with a personal trainer two nights per week and it is going well.  Weight is still around the same but my clothes are fitting better so I must be tightening things up some.

Diana, congratulations for getting over that 100 pound mark.  Wow, I will be glad when I get to that mark.
