I'm happy that your scale cooperated, finally. Changing up your exercise routine is good. I'm sure your success will continue. Be sure to think and speak positively, as well.
Blessings,
Mary

Dont get discouraged , make sure you are getting enough protein , that has helped me break a stall and of course more exercise !!

I'm in a stall too.  I guess that is the sign that I REALLY need to get on the exercise bandwagon.  A few girls at my work asked me if I wanted to do jazzersize with them three days a week so I am going to give that a shot and see if it breaks my stall.

Well, I guess misery loves company and I'm here to be your company on the stall parade!  I know it's a necessary evil but it still sucks!

I'd be THRILLED to lose another 2-1/2 pounds!

Ha ha!!!  I don't know why but "stall parade" just cracked me up!  I can just picture all of us marching with Denise leading the way (back from when she was the major stall queen) and we are all waving the miss america wave!

NO MATTER HOW MUCH I LOSE, WHEN I STALL I FEEL LIKE A FAILURE. THEN I TALK TO MY HUSBAND WHO TRIES TO CHEER ME UP AND I REALIZE HOW FAR I I HAVE COME.
