You are working out every day!  That's probably a big key to your success.  Congrats to you that you have that kind of discipline!  That is impressive.  I'm a 3 days a week kind of gal and I'm only doing cardio to burn fat!

Thanks for taking the time to respond!  Have a happy Sunday!

I'm going to make that crock pot chicken thing this week.  Where is Cowboys's recipe for the hamburger pie at?  I can't find it.

I'm in a stall too.  I stayed the same all week and even gained two pounds.  Ugh.

Go the recipe forum.  It's under Forums, More Forums and then Recipes.  But here is the pie recipe.

HEAVENLY CHEESEBURGER PIE
1.5 pounds ground beef
1/4 cup onion, chopped, 2.0 ounces
8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
2/3 cup heavy cream
5 eggs
A dash of cayenne
A dash of black pepper

Brown the meat and onion, seasoning with salt, pepper and whatever spices you choose; drain the grease. Beat the eggs with the cream and cayenne & pepper in a large bowl. Add the meat and cheese and mix well. Pour into a greased 9 1/2-10" pie plate. Bake at 400º 25-30 minutes until browned and it appears set. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting ....don't be afraid of adding a splash of hot sauce if the person enjoys some "kick" in their meal!

Makes 8 servings ; 3.2 grams net carbs per serving

I also made the Crockpot Mexican Chicken last Friday...it was AWESOME.  My DH enjoyed it as well.  Lots of great leftovers too.  It was even better reheated!!!  I'm going to try the hamburger pie this week also.

This is the ride of my life.....what an amazing tool I now have!!!

I thought the cheesburger pie needed some additional seasoning.  Maybe some green chilis?  I'm not sure but I will be tinkering with it when I make it the next time.
