CPAP users--I need help
My recommendation is to NOT take an afternoon nap. That can interrupt your sleep cycle. Take some Benadryl before bed, take a warm bath, make sure the room is cool enough and dark enough. Eventually your body will give up and sleep. Do you have a humifier? If so make sure it is set warm enough that you ren't getting cold air up the 'ol nose. Use the ramp setting- that slowly increases the pressure of the air so you don't feel like you are getting your brains blown out. I no longer use my ramp but I did at first. Hang in there! The benefits far outweigh the problems.
Thanks. I didn't take a nap today, although it was tempting. I've done most of your other suggestions. It will happen, I know. Y'all pray for me tonight, if you think of me.
Blessings,
Mary
