My recommendation is to NOT take an afternoon nap.  That can interrupt your sleep cycle.  Take some Benadryl before bed, take a warm bath, make sure the room is cool enough and dark enough.  Eventually your body will give up and sleep.  Do you have a humifier?  If so make sure it is set warm enough that you ren't getting cold air up the 'ol nose.  Use the ramp setting- that slowly increases the pressure of the air so you don't feel like you are getting your brains blown out.  I no longer use my ramp but I did at first.  Hang in there!  The benefits far outweigh the problems.
I have maintained for one year at this point.  I am steady at -120 pounds.  =)

Thanks. I didn't take a nap today, although it was tempting. I've done most of your other suggestions. It will happen, I know. Y'all pray for me tonight, if you think of me.
