oh my gosh you all look sooooooooooo wonderful and healthy. I don't think I would have recognized any of you before. The before pics sure do put things in  clear view. I just need to find some before pics of me. I was always the one taking the pics, go figure. I'll be searching for some old pics and then post a recent one. Thanks you guys for sharing your before pics with all of us. Hugs to all.

Wow Rita....You' re transformation is amazing!!!!  I can't wait until I get to where I'm headed.  Who knows...I might just put on my worst picture this weekend and play with you guys!!!  I need to see the difference myself!

yes, I am but it's slowed down.  I knew it would but I sure wi**** wouldn't.  I don't like the "stall" I'm in right now.  I need to learn how to stay off those stinkin scales though!!!

I'M WITH RITA ON THIS ONE...HANG TOUGH.  IT SUCKS WHEN YOU SLOW DOWN BUT YOU WILL GET PAST IT.  I AM AT A SNAIL'S PACE NOW BUT I KNEW THAT WAS GOING TO HAPPEN WHEN I GOT DOWN TO THAT CERTAIN THRESHOLD.  I HAVE DECIDED TO GO MILITANT.  IT'S THE ONLY WAY I KNOW HOW TO START THE LOSING AGAIN.  BUT EVEN IF I STAY HERE...I FEEL SO MUCH BETTER THAN I HAVE FELT IN YEARS!!!  SOMETIMES I JUST HAVE TO MAKE MYSELF THINK POSITIVE!!!

OK - Thanks for the tech tips... here's the one that really pushed me over the edge.  My son's teacher took this and when I realized that my a$$ was at least as wide as the shetland pony's, I decided to get off it and go see Dr. Walton.  What a trip it's been since then!
