There is a tradition/myth/belief that if you bury a statue of St. Joseph, upside down, facing the house, the house will sell quick, BUT you have to promise to dig his butt up and display him in a place of honor in your home after the sale.

 Ohhhhh!  I saw them do that on Flipping Out!  Worked for them.  Hope it works for you.
