wow one ..how u been

I'm great-Luanne is a Bandster too-she posts on here a bit, but we are vastly out numbered.  The BiG thing that the OK forum has going for it is that no one plays the WLS type game here-we all support each other, talk about our different surgeries (the good, the bad, the nitty gritty) without feeling the need to be defensive about why we chose what we chose.  It can get a little ugly about things like football at times, but for support, there is no better forum on the entire site.

Im hoping to get banded on oct 16th and I live on the outskirts of okc. I saw Dr Gornichec today and he has ordered 2 more tests, a heart scan which I did today and it was negative and an EGD. I am waiting for the office to call me and schedule it. If I dont have a hernia (which I dont think i do) then we will proceed with the Oct date. keep your fingers crossed. I sure didn't plan on doing more tests, but I guess I gotta jump through the hoops!

 

Its good to see you posting here , , im glad everything went well today , i was thinking about you !! You definitely want to get all those tests to make sure everything is okay before surgery , which i am sure it will be .  Take care and keep me updated ,,,, Deb and I are here for you , along with everyone else here!!!
