MWC/DC walking group

We had a wonderful time in the park on Saturday!  The weather was perfect!  It was so nice to welcome new faces- Lynette and Deb (Fleemore).

We will meet again this Saturday same place, same time!  That is Regional Park at 8:30 AM in the main pavillion.  If it is raining at 7:45 then we probably won't walk.  Who knows what Ike will do to our weather. PM me if you want my phone number.

Come on out and join us!  Start working those muscles that you will need at the Walk from Obesity in a few weeks.

I'm planning to be there.  That was a huge WOW moment for me.  To be able to walk over 2 miles briskly with you girls.  I know you said you didn't cut me any slack either. LOL  I did suffer with the calves of my legs on Sunday and Monday but I feel quite fine today.  I plan to go walk again this evening with DH at our local park.  The weather was awesome.  I love the fall and spring time of the year and being outside!  Thanks for making a point to invite me...I loved it and the company wasn't too bad and the coffee and conversation afterwards was good too!!! 

True confession.  It was a fluke I made it there.  I didn't get home until 3:30 AM but still woke up in time.  If it happens again, I will be there.  It was a lot of fun and I really enjoyed the company.  I can't believe I survived on four hours of sleep !!! 

I can't believe you were there either.  I KNOW I wouldn't have been.  I seem to require a little more slelep that that!!!  Hope to see you Saturday.  You girls stay out of trouble Friday night!!!
