My favorite during mushies and still now is fat free refried beans with a little low fat cheese and salsa. Cat59's (I think) recipe is my favorite:

1 can fat free refried beans

1 can pinto beans (drained)

1/2 c. low fat shredded cheese

1/2 c. salsa

I combine the beans, 1/4 c. cheese, and salsa in a pan on the stove top and warm well. Then place mix in a baking dish and spread the rest of the shredded cheese on top. Bake until cheese on top has melted.

Enjoy!

If this wasn't Cat's recipe, I apologize to whomever it belongs to ... please correct me. ; )

Blessings and Best Wishes! Shelly

My favorite mushie food was lf or ff ricotta cheese with spaghetti sauce and a little parmesan cheese... also instant mashed potatoes, but I know that WW patients are not allowed instant mashed potatoes.  I'm sure egg with melted cheese would be yummy too.

First and foremost.....flax-z hot breakfast cereal from netrition.com  go to the recipe forum and look to see how good it is for you and how the people love it and what to add to make it like the best thing ever...

after that one:

then you can have your favorite spaghetti sauce, some great mozzerella cheese layers to form a small simple pasta-free lasagne...  you can add more things that are soft....maybe a mushroom layer that has been in a food processor...etc...etc...

There are a number of great soups you can have to get you through...

I used Kikkoman Miso soup....I added lots of kep to it while still making sure I could also add chopped mushrooms. (finely chopped)

I could go on and on about the different things you could have but others have their ideas and would like to be heard....

BTW, all of mine are very low-carb... and fits the WW method of eating. (all were approved by the nut at WW).

You could always "mash" some boiled cauliflower and make "mashed potatos" from that.  I did that just the other night and added a little garlic salt and some LF butter.  They were awesome.
