2 months out and need IB Profrin? Can I take it?
I can't answer the ibuprofen question, but I can tell you that the strap on hot packs do help with back pain. If you want to get the kind that has no odor, I know that CVS carries them. Others may also. You just wear it under your clothes to work and it stays warm most of the day. They are great - I heartily recommend!
Okay good I will try it. Thankfully the pain has lessened today quite a bit so I am not nearly uncomfortable as I was yesterday. I may not need anything afterall. By the way, I am so ready to be back at work tomorrow! You nurse folks are a special breed. I am missing some compassion or something! LOL!!!
