My child could use your help

So I know this is not weight related, but hey, we also post about our lives,right? If you want to help us out, it would be great. If not, I understand.

My son has entered a contest at a local radio station here in Arkansas. The child with the most votes at the end of the contest wins a trip for his family to Disney World. I didn't expect this to turn out to be a popularity contest, but it has. Voting ends September 26th and he is really trailing. You can only vote once per IP address and we only have one PC and few friends and family members.

Anyways, if you want to help us out, please go to www.kssn.com and click on Kiddieokee. Then click on the 2-4 age group. My son is  #2 on the list, he is wearing a white t-shirt and he sings "Folsom Prison Blues". His name is Wyatt. Wyatt really wants to go see Mickey Mouse and with your help, he can! Go to the library or something and vote from their computers

That was so cute!  I voted for him.  Ask people to vote from work too.  I would, but our internet at work is blocked so we can't go to most websites unless they are approved :o(

Find someone who is a "techie" kinda guy and he could "spoof" or fake a long string of new IP addresses.  ( i was an IT security guy back in the day).  OR you could get a laptop and go to all of the local Wifi places in your town and drive around and start voting everytime the laptop picks up a new Wifi signal.  (You could also do this in the parking lot of many apartment complexes and various other businesses who don't "lockdown" their wireless signal.

Just an idea to help you out.

I'll vote for him and I'll get a few of my friends to give him some votes from the Islands....

LMAO...I just got thru watching him...he did a good job versus most of the others on the site!  I love his "Johnny Cash" style intorduction...  "Hello I'm Wyatt Kee", you can't help but chuckle at that.  Good job Wyatt!

Be sure and respond to the e-mail to verify your vote or it won't count.  (Apparently they don't want people spoofing IP addresses..........)

The directions are't very clear on the site and some of the kids have no votes, which you KNOW aint right-whoever put the vid up would vote. 

SO-click on the littled dude

scroll to the bottom and input your email address

hit vote

get the email to your address and click on the link they send-it will take you back to the voiting page only it will show the results and you won't be able to vote again.  If you didn't do all that, your vote isn't in there.

I voted for Wyatt.  Right now he's got about 13% of the votes.  I'll vote from work tomorrow and see if I can't get a few people in the office to do the same.
