That's a very flattering hairstyle for you. For your "people in mourning," just tell them that you'll let your hair grow long sometime, just for them (if you'll do that, anyway).
I agree with everyone else who has posted. You don't need a chin lift. For goodness' sake, I have more skin than that on my hands!

Diana, I love the hair.... you look gorgeous! From someone who has had short hair for a while...I love it short!! Takes less five minutes to fix in the morning, and I just love it! And, it takes more than just short hair to look like a boy!! Why do men have a thing about long hair? My husband also was in mourning when I cut my hair about a year ago! He got over it eventually, but everytime I go and get it trimmed, his hopes of me growing it again get shattered...it's funny to watch!!
