I usually go to the Bust Stop in Tulsa, but that's just not a good work out Bra.  According to the Just my size fitting chart, I am a 46 I.  Glad everyone knows my size now.. he he he.. Anyway, I am looking for a sports bra for my size.. Any suggestions?

I called the Bust Stop and they stop at 40 around for sports bra.. I do go to the gym daily here, but really tired of ta tas hurting so bad..

Thanks for the suggestion.

I went to the bra fitting event at JC Penny's and found a very knowlegable fitter at Penn Squire Mall in OKC.  She got me fixed up and hleped my mom to.  We really didn't know what size we were anymoer, after losing 25 and 50 pounds.  One of mom's bras is a specialty work out bra.  So you might check in with your local Penneys.

I don't know where to suggest getting specifically sized sports bras. But, I can suggest the type that has the regular sholder straps rather than the T back or other configuration. The regular straps are much easier to manage when putting it on and taking it off. ; )

Good Luck on finding one that's perfect for you.

Blessings and Best Wishes! Shelly

I get lots of catalog and can make some suggestions if you want to go online.

www.junonia.com
www.ladygrace.com
www.justmysize.com

Junonia would probably be the best but you'll pay more.  They're kinda pricey.

Good luck!  This is one of the reasons I had my ta-tas removed!!!

Thanks everyone for chiming in... I will be having mine removed after WLS.  I have had to many problems to keep them.. When I was doing Weigh****chers and went and saw my PCP, he wanted me to lose all of my weight before the tummy and breast reduction.   So that is a goal after my WLS..

Thanks so much for the suggestions, it's greatly appreciated.

I had my ta tas reduced after my WLS as well.  Now I shop at Victoria's Secret for all my underthings, but I know that justmysize.com has really great things for those more endowed (like I used to be, because I used to order from them a LOT).

Try www.titlenine.com also.  They have a pretty good assortment of sizes.  However, none of their bras are cheap.

Oh, I almost forgot.  Go to Lane Bryant and look for their Cacique bra that is all cotton and lycra.  It is $24 (pretty sure).  It has a high lycra content- about 20%.  I found that it worked well for me unless I was trying to jog or something crazy.  I am so sorry I can't wear their bras anymore.  I can't find a replacement that I like as much.
I have maintained for one year at this point.  I am steady at -120 pounds.  =)

I LOVE MY LANE BRYANT BRAS!  I HAVE THE CACIQUE BALCONETTE.  IT KEEPS MY POST OP GRANNY-LIKE BOOBS UP WHERE THEY BELONG AND THE STRAPS ARE A LITTLE OFF THE NORMAL BRA STRAP POSITION SO THEY DON'T CUT INTO MY SHOULDERS LIKE OTHER BRAS.  I AM A 40DDD.  I WAS A 48DDD.  PRETTY AWESOME CHANGE......MAYBE WHEN I MEET GOAL I CAN SHOP VICTORIA'S SECRET LIKE MY DAUGHTER...BUT UNTIL THEN...I LOVE MY BALCONETTES AND I WEAR THEM FOR EXERCISE OR WHATEVER I AM DOING.  THIS YEAR'S MAMMOGRAM SHOULD BE A LOT EASIER ON ME AS MY LIFELESS BOOBS SHOULD FLATTEN OUT JUST FINE FOR THE SMASHING MACHINE!  LOL     MY HUSBAND SAID HE DOESN'T CARE IF WE HAVE TO SELL SOMETHING OR HE HAS TO TAKE A 2ND JOB...WE ARE GETTING THE GRANNY BOOBS FIXED IN A YEAR OR SO!  LOL

I've turned into a sports bra addict-they are soooooooooo comfortable...and if you need to run out in the backyard to fuss at a dog-oh well, no need to find a shirt.  My biggest fear in life is that I'll be turned into what not to wear as an extreme case.

(I do watch that show sometimes to try to get inspired, but they are so mean to the people that I usually don't fini****)

Is anyone out there glad their girls are smaller?  It makes biking a lot more comfortable for me and it's a lot easier to bath the dogs, etc., but they still feel as good as they ever did.  (ok, that may be TMI)
