Something wicked this way came...WTH??? (TMI warning)
WW patients are advised against Benefiber. They advocate Miralax. I was skeptical when Dr Walton told me to take up to 16 capfuls if I needed to, but I have started taking a capful a day routinely and have not had a problem since. He said it takes our bodies 6 months to get back into a routine so I plan on taking it daily for that long and then see what happens.
I have to agree with the Mexico thing...water is used EVERYWHERE and you don't think twice about it. So sorry you are having a craptacular night. here is to praying to St. Anthony that you find your..ummm..lost "O-ring" and get better quickly...
(blame my father...anytime anyone in the house had potty issues that struck them hard, he would look around the potty, swearing we "lost an O ring with that last one"...gawd)

I use the Activia yogurt and it has helped wonders to umm regulate the system if y'all know what I mean.

I'm sorry you're not feeling well. This too shall pass!! Hopefully it is short lived and you're feeling better today. I'm like lakegirl and get that stopped up thing. Dr. W told me the same thing he did Nancy...take nothing but Mirilax...no fiber at all. Take the whole bottle if necessary. I have resorted to the old Fleet on 3 occasions and it works immediately. I've tried to take the Mirilax daily to prevent that problem. Our bodies are a very delicate machine aren't they?
