Wednesday Question

Hmmmm-I'm struggling with exercise-that's an ongoing weakness-but it's one that I need to work on-I've pretty much exhausted my ability to diet off weight-the rest I'm going to have to earn.  (Not that dieting isn't earning it).

Foodwise it varies-but as soon as I identify a problem area-I throw it out, or if it's healthy, feed it to the dogs.  A problem is defined (for me) is anytime I 'm eating something that I don't really WANT to eat-if I have a "just this once thought" or "I shouldn't but i'm going to"....it gets tossed.

Current weakness is not exercising.  Foodwise it is sugar free fudgesicles.  I just have to have one...or two...every night.

 Exercise is my current "not good" weakness.  String Cheese is my food weakness.  I seem to eat an awful lot of it.  And my big weakness is clothes.  Always loved them, but now I can shop anywhere I want to.  Was overwhelming at first, but fun now.  I'm trying to keep it under control though.  Is there a 12 step program for shopaholics?  My name is Cindy and I love to shop.......

Snacking...  I have been eating things that I should not be having.  I am starting to fall behind in my protein which is not go at all.  I feel like I'm starting to fall off the wagon downhill.  I need some motivation again.  HELP! 

My other weakness is STARBUCKS!!  I go there ALL the time.  I can't drive passed one without stopping.  GRRRRR....

I never drank coffee until I had children.

Women
Well its true!!  Sad thing is I can be in a room of 100 women...99 ofthem are good and 1 of them is bad and i ALWAYS pick the bad one.  Story of my life.

Pepper Jack Cheese
If I am not careful I can eat a block of this cheese a day.  I just slice and eat, slice and eat.

Myspace Games
This is my newest addiction.  They have mafia and space games, dragon wars and knights in armor games.  I play too many of them now LOL

Hmmm, nonfood weakness would be shopping now that I can shop in the regular departments.  I don't have smaller sizes in storage so I HAVE to shop- right???  That's my story and I am sticking to it!

Food weakness- If I am not careful I will snack on too many nuts.  Or, 2nd choice not eating a real meal and just grabbing some cheese and nuts.

I could have a Starbucks problem if I wasn't such a cheapskate!  I do LOVE my coffee!
I have maintained for one year at this point.  I am steady at -120 pounds.  =)

Wednesday answer on Thursday....

My weakness is snacking.  Not necessarily bad snacking, just not eating regular meals...a bite here, a bite there.....It's gotta stop!  Hopefully when I get used to this new schedule things will be better, but I've been saying that for 3 weeks now...

Carebear....I need encouragement too so don't feel like you're alone in this.
