Back in the Hospital

Daddy had a rough time this afternoon and ended up back in the ER...he'll be spending the night but looks much better after some fluids oxygen and antibiotics.  I met my 10 minute exercise goal in the emergency room after things settled down I did stretches for 10 minutes.

I'm so sorry Debra, I know spending time in the ER is not fun.  I'm glad he is better now.

I am so sorry you guys ended upin the ER.  I had hoped the antibiotics were all he was going to need.  Hope he gets better soon.
I have maintained for one year at this point.  I am steady at -120 pounds.  =)
