Glad to hear nothing serious. You might find that just taking the Mentanx will be enough. I stopped the shots at 6mos and my levels have been good with just the pills.

I do have extra needles since I got enough for a year when I filled B-12. Unopened if anyone wants them.

I'm so thankful that you got it figured out and that it's already corrected. Nutritional and viamin deficiencies are nothing to mess around with and we're all at risk for that if we don't stay on top of things. I'm thrilled you're better! : )

Stupid Walgreen's gave me insulin needles. They are 1cc but the dang things are so tiny its pathetic. I draw half the b12 in one shot, do one arm, then draw the other half of the b12 and shot the other arm. Otherwise it is just too hard for me to push that much at a time through that small of a needle and syrenge. I only have one more shot next month then I am going to the nasal spray.

I try to get my shot every month. But as for the numb feeling, mine is in my arms and fingers, normally right when I wake up in the morings. Any Ideas????????
