September Goals!!!!!

 I'm not willing to put a number out there since I might jinx myself - BUT I will set a goal of being much more accountable on my vitamin intake.  I am not always the best with those.

My goal is to get all of my fluids in!  I also need to take my vitamins better.  I need to make myself a schedule so I can take them and make sure they are spaced out correctly.  Anyone want to help me?

I would love to lose 18 lbs which would put me at 250 and having lost 100 lbs but that might be unrealistic.  I need to focus on consistently exercising.  My goal for September will be to exercise 4 times a week.

1)  Get my liquids in daily
2)  Stay away from the evil carb
3)  Exercise faithfully

My September goal is to lose 16 pounds (that would make my total loss 100 lbs), be more accountable for my vitamins, water & protein.  Geez, I've really got some work to do...better get started!  Thanks for the great accountability tool!

My September goal is to get back to exercising 4-5 times a week. I have had too many distractractions here lately and have slacked off. I will be starting back tonight with my normal exercise routine. My only weightloss goal for the month is to continue to lose.

I can't really set a goal for Sept. since the baby won't be here til October 8th.  I guess my goal would be to continue to eat healthy so I don't gain a buttload of weight at the end of the pregnancy.
