That was me in the elevator when you were going back up.  I did hear you ask for a release to go back to work.  I almost said something more besides hi and ask you your name but I didn't.  I guess I should just do that.  It's just awkward sometimes.  Hope everything is going good for you.  I sure wasn't ready to go back to work this morning.  The bad thing about 3 day weekends is that we have to go the 5 days worth of work in 4 days.....  Have a great day!!

Sorry, Rita!!  We barely got there on time for my brother's appointment and I went with him and had to leave his appointment when Brandy was still talking to him about his steps so I would be on time for my appointment. 

Then, after my appointment I helped my brother make his appointments so he could go to a support group on the same day and get it all done at the same time and then I was worried about the time because I needed to get home in time to take Miranda shopping for a present for her little friend's birthday party.

So, I will be at WW all day on the 18th of September with my brother and at support group that night.  My next appointment is October 10.

The fluid is sooo important but it's kind of hard to develop a drinking habit at the same time you are conquering an eating habit.....and habits develop over time-just keep working on it.

I struggled early on getting the water in, too. Crystal Light early rise is what got me going right. You're not non-compliant..you're still learning! And get that fluid in.

I LOVE the Crystal Light Early Rise.  I always drink one bottle of water with it in it on my way to work.  It tastes so much like OJ to me and easy to get that first 16 oz ov H20 in.
