Before Pictures

 In my haste to clean out my closet, I got rid of all my "before" clothes.  I do however, have a lot of before pictures.  Just posted a few on my profile.  I think for the first time since this journey started, I finally see that I've changed.  I know I've needed new clothes, and people compliment me, but I've still been seeing 234# Cindy in the mirror.  It's weird.  Anyone else had this happen?  Anywhoo.....just wanted to share.  Have a great Thursday!!!

I STILL SEE THE LARGE KIM IN THE MIRROR BUT I KNOW I HAVE LOST WEIGHT. I SEE IT IN MY CLOTHES AND ON THE SCALE. I DON'T KNOW WHY BUT I GUESS IT IS NORMAL.

WOW - isn't it incredible how we have to get our old pictures out to be able to see the changes we've made.  Yours show the amazing changes you have made on this journey - Congratulations!

As for the mirror - I understand exactly - there is still a S.M.O. man staring back at me... I'm hoping that he'll get out of my mirror someday.
