Saying Goodbye to the Three's

Today I am 6 months out from my surgery and I had the most amazing WOW moment.  I am no longer in  the 300's.  This morning I was 299.1!  I have not seen a 2 as the first number in over 17 years!  I have to admit it brought tears to my eyes. For those who started out in the two this may not seem like such a big deal but I started at 440 lbs so in 6 months I have left the 4's and the 3's. The best part is that I have my life back.  I have been given an amzing tool and I thank God everyday for making it possible.

Thank you for letting me share my journey with you.

Congratulations on saying good-bye to the 300s!!!! As one who started at a very high weight as well, I can completely relate. Now I can't wait to reach the next milestone (the 100s), but I try not too think about it too much...its seems so far and away, and mostly, it is a place I have not been to in a long, long time, so it's hard for me to imagine getting there! Great job on losing so much in six months!! You will get there!
