I stalk the forum often but rarely post, however, I had to share this!!
I finally have a bmi in the 20's - yep!!
I haven't checked lately but I think I am still overweight - ha! But my BMI is 29.9!! WOW!!!
I have to tell you that for months leading up to my surgery I read all the blogs and knew that many had success but really never thought I would but I am here to tell you that this tool is AMAZING!! Words just cannot describe! If you are on the bench tryng to decide pls, pls check out my blog b/c you can see ME coming back. I feel like I have been given this second life and I am LOVIN' it!! I've set goals and not only reached them but surpassed!! Before surgery I was pushin' a 3x or more for a t-shirt and just this weekend I bought a LARGE! Never in my mind did I ever think I would be able to fit in a large, never in my mind b/c a large was not even a thought. XL sure but never a Large and what is even better - yep, it's gonna get better. Hell, I may even make it to a Medium. YEP!! And my size 12 jeans, yep they fit and are getting baggy!! What a 10 I say, bring it on!!! My jeans actually say LONG and LEAN and GAP - I finally can shop at the GAP again!!

Okay girlie...can I say MOTIVATION!!
If you've read any of my posts you know that right now I should be having surgery in a couple of hours but just found out I am postponed a few days due to infection. Needless to say I am bummed, but you look AMAZING!!! I wish our profile would readily show how tall everyone is. I mean I look at the weight lost but see I am tall, so I like to see weight in relation to height. Girlfriend, what a major life improvement for you...congrats!! Your skin looks so good too, I can't wait to be there next week. My birthday is June 5th and I would love to have over one hundred pounds or more gone by then, so I can have the HUGE smile you do in all your beautiful pictures. You husband looks absolutely thrilled as well...so happy for you!!!

Congratulations!!! I am so excited for you. I have told you that it was your news story that helped me make my decision for WLS. I am so glad that your BMI is 29.9!!! I can't wait to see that.. Thanks for sharing. So many of us have depended and do depend on others for motivation. Geminii37 said she is hoping for 100 pounds by her next birthday...well I'm here to tell her that if I can loose 100 pounds (135 to be accurate and 32 prior to WLS) in 5.5 months she can too. I was so convinced that if anyone could fail with this I could. It's awesome what our tools have done and are doing!! You go girlfriend! I'm so proud of you. Thank you so much for sharing.
