My dad - prayers please

CONSIDER IT DONE! I HOPE EVERYTHING GOES WELL FOR BOTH DAD AND GRANDMA. I ALSO PRAY FOR STRENGHT FOR YOUR MOM TO GET THRU THE CARETAKER PHASE!!

Robyn, let us know how your Dad does.  I will keep you guys in my thoughts and prayers.

My dad went through the surgery just fine.  The doctor said he had the knees of an 80 year old man and this will be the first step in getting him pain free.  He is now recooperating in his room.  Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers; it means a LOT!

Robyn, I am thinking of you and your parents and wishing a speedy recovery.

I'll definitely have your Dad in my prayers. I'll be praying for a safe and successful surgery and a speedy recovery with lots of good pain medicine. It's generally a great surgery once you get past the post op pain. I'll also keep you and your mom in my prayers for stamina, a peace in your heart, and good rest during this time of his surgery and recovery.

Robyn I am praying for continued progress for your dad. I know it will be difficult with both knee's out but at least it is all done and he is on the road to recovery! I always think how wonderful it is that we live in the time we do, where they CAN replace knee's, or hips or whatever needs it!  I also pray for your mom. Care giving is so hard on people! Robyn, I've had the same knee replaced twice.  Nothing routine about it.  I'll be praying for a speedy recovery for your dad.  He will have a significant amount of pain to deal with so be patient with him...he's probably hurting.  Please keep us posted.
