Am I losing weight too slowly?

Thank you guys so much!!!  I feel so much better now....and to answer your question...the lady who made this comment is one of those kind that needs to actually gain weight and she is also the kind that says mean things in a really nice tone....you know the kind....

Do you want me to come over and slap the snot out of her?  Could you say in a lovely, syrupy tone-"that's amazing, I was just thinking that you would have gotten that bug out of your A## a little faster too"

You're doing great! It all depends on *your* basal metabolic rate, your exercise and food choices, too ... but that metabolic rate is a key factor. You are losing fine and it's nobody else's business what rate you are losing.

This is your journey, not theirs. Each person's body burns calories at it's own rate and it can be influenced a bit with exercise and muscle building, but you're still going to be an individual working with your own metabolic rate.

As long as you're burning more calories than you take in, weight loss is inevitible and you're doing fine. ; ) We're all working on getting healthy and it's not a race (thank goodness)!

EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT AND YOUR BODY KNOWS THIS!! I SAY ANY LOSS IS BETTER THAN A GAIN!!
