Photo Help

How in the heck do I get one of my photos that are on my computer to my profile here ?  I looked and didn't see a "URL". So, what do I do????  HELP

Ok, I'm not the best at stuff like this but...on the left side of your screen is a spot and says "User Settings".  It's in the blue column on the left and is the last choice under ObesityHelp Oklahoma Weight Loss Forum.

When you click on that, it should say something about your avatar and show you a browse button where you can browse your computer to select the pic you want and then you'll click upload.  Beware because you have to shrink your pic to get it uploaded usually.  I can give you the URL of the website you can use to shrinky-dink your pic if necessary.

No problem!  Go to this website:

and it will shrink your picture so you can put it on the website.
