OK enough of the SUPER stuff...  I use this product in my own hardcore version of losing the fat quick....so add this to your carb-buster list....  I've give you more of my militant carb-busters little by little...

High Protein, Low Carbs, High Fiber...tastes nice with very small changes...

Just know this, a lot of people gripe about not being able to have Oatmeal.  I think that I found something that solves that problem...no, no, no...it's not "carb control" oatmeal....  if you look closely enough there's very little "control" of the carb control type of oatmeal.  This product  is so healthy, it's ridiculous...so seriously...order some and before you order, let your friends know so you can combine shipping...

My answer is this:Flax-Z-Snax Hot Cereal

http://www6.netrition.com/lowcarbsuccess_flaxomeal_page.html

I get the strawberries and cream and I add 3 strawberries and 2 packets of splenda for some of the best meals that i could ask for.   I'm only able to eat haf of one serving, however, it's wildly delicious (WHEN YOU ADD THE STRAWBERRIES and splenda).  Without the added fruit and splenda, it is simply tolerable, BUT look at how healthy this is.  So many people wonder why they are in stalls and it's due to the carb intake.  This thing has 2 net carbs per serving and LOOK AT THE FIBER  this helps things GET MOVING...you know...DOWN THERE....

this is one of those great products that if you hoose against it, it's your loss....  now spread the word and let people know to check this out...  support your friends by showing them this stuff...be successful together...and hey, if this kind of stuff works for you, show me some love and when i get enough love, I'll post my next terrific product...

Yesterday I was at the Atkins food store in OKC and I think they had this on the low carb isle on the top shelf.

You think I would like it if I don't like oatmeal that much?  I'm willing to give it a try.  Come to think of it, when I tried oatmeal as a kid it didn't have any sweetener or fruit in it.  Maybe that is why I didn't like it.  Anywho, Randy says he will like it if I don't so I will give it a whirl.  I will have to check out Atkins for it.  Thanks Heather for mentioning it.

I really like my morning protein hot chocolate from Nashua Nutrition.  Pilotphil the main VSG board swears by it.  It has 80 cal, 15 protein, and 4 carb.  I mix it with about 10 oz of ho****er and tastes great...trust me I haven't been able to handle any protien drinks and this one tastes wonderful to me.

well you can also add a pat of butter and some 2% to this (I don't), but I know others who have given their feedback about my militant diet love this stuff and the butter doesn't count against you in carbs, but it does in fats!..Just some FYI..

My low carb treats came from netrition-but I'm on liquids right now so I'm not able to try them.  I'm trying to find a low carb chip option that would work to take to pot lucks, etc.  That and some salsa can get me through many a snacking event without a hitch.

This is kind of an eating disorder strategy-but it has a good purpose-salsa spreads out on one of those plates and makes it LOOK like you are eating a lot-so it keeps people from bugging the crap out of you.  Walk around with a bottle of water (or a glass if you are a fancy type) and a plate full of salsa with a chip on the side and no one will think twice  about what you are eating.

About the only thing other than eggs, bacon, sausage, or ham that I will eat in the morning is grits.  I have never been an oatmeal or cereal eater.  Thanks for sharing this though.  Ooh and message or call me about the 2 week plan bro.  I like the idea but us "non-cultured rednecks" dont eat 90% of that stuff.
