I wouldn't say you did anything bad. Only you can say when you've reached your limit my dear... when you get "full" you get this horrible fist that is in your throat and you will feel the urge to---> then--->. So that chicken probably just slid past your belly little by little while you were eating it. It's just my guess....but hey, I'm no doctor, I just play one on camping trips.
I say eat until you don't feel like eating anymore. And hey, if you do something "bad", I would like video tape.......wink,wink..
Big love,
T.

I have no clue, as I don't have a naner tummy. I will say, tho, that only you can determine how full you are, and be sure NOT to pu**** It took ya a while to eat, and when I nibble on something for a bit I can usually get more down. At least iot was PROTEIN you ate and not something carb-laden, ya know!

I'm with the others, I think it varies how much you can hold. I can hold more if I eat slowly-which means I am usually doing something else while I'm eating. If I don't do anything else, I usually get bored before I get full, but bored is a valid stop signal.
I'm just guessing, but at 3 weeks out I think you'd get a pretty strong signal from the old tummy if you were stretching it too much.
