my first recipe while on mushies
This was just yummy! I had it today after getting home from work. I think you could make it for the whole family and serve it over noodles or rice and just the chicken for you.
one package chicken thighs- I bought the organic skinless/boneless -enough to feed whoever
olive oil enough to coat skillet -use Pam first to keep from sticking
emril's chicken rub
white wine (optional)
Knorr caldo de tomate bouillion (tomato with chicken flavor)
Rinse and dry chicken. Dust with Emril's Chicken Rub and brown in olive oil both sides. Drop bouillion into crock pot (more Pam) with a little ho****er. Add white wine up to about 3/4 cup. Add browned chicken to crock pot. Add a little ho****er to skillet and scrape bits then transfer to crock pot. Let it do it's thing for about 5 hours on high or 8 to 9 hours on low.
