VSGer's One Year Plus Out

I posted this on the VSG site but thought I would try here too!!

I am only 2 1/2 months out and would like to see weight lose stats on those further out.  Yep, I know we should not compare ourselves to others but my PCP told me the other day that he thought loosing 12 pounds in one month was a little too much lost.  He realizes that the surgery causes it to come off quickly and he is very glad but doesn't know how healthy that is for "yes you guessed it, hair lose and things like that".  He said of course he is not all that familar with WLS but he has been so great helping me with this since I went to Mexico and need a Dr. here that can assist me.  He even insist on seeing me monthly right now.  I am just curious how much weight others lost monthly from day one to the end of that first year.  If you have them, I would love to see.  Thanks!!
