This is silly, but sometimes I really wonder what people here think when they see me eat! So, I am in the lunch room at work and it's 2:00 p.m. and I am warming up my lunch. I alway use little bowls and plates, even at home. This guy sees me get my little food out of the microwave and says "oh, having a snack"? So, I reply, no, this is my lunch - "hmmmm, I see" he says and he is looking at my little bowl with this weird look on his face......I don't think he had any words for that! I just smiled!

They see you as a beautiful person that is just feeding that "little woman" inside you...

I'm sure that we the herd of us go to a restaurant they're thinking the same thing!  Tons of water before the meal, nothing after.  And to-go boxes all the way around the table!  Pretty funny!

We wls people are fabulous specimens!

How funny.  You know he notices the weight loss and just is simply at a loss for words I'm sure.  I've had people ask is that all you're having??  Don't you want just a couple of bites of the birthday cake we're having at work??  I can now sit with anyone eating anything and it does not bother me at all.  I just enjoy the company, conversation and being with the group.  You're doing awesome Anna!!!

This is the ride of my life.....what an amazing tool I now have!!!

Yes, we really weird people out with the way we eat!  I know when I went back to school I felt like a specimen under a microscope.  Everyone in my department was watching what and how much I ate.  They weren't being mean just curious!

When we went to the Mexican place in Moore the look on the server's face when NO ONE ordered a sopapilla was priceless.

I have maintained for one year at this point.  I am steady at -120 pounds.  =)

One of the things I think is funny is that my DH and I will often split a meal now, but he feels like we ought to at least order an appetizer so it's better for the server.  Well, of course I eat virtually nothing, so he ends up eating more than he did before I had surgery and he's annoyed that he's putting on some weight.  It's just funny.  I don't think he's any bigger; he's adorable.  Just kind of funny to me.  Why he doesn't just order one entree to share I'll never figure it out.  Oh well - gotta love em!

I always feel like people are watching to see if I'm really happy with that small amount....which is crazy, cause how are they going to know?

I KNOW WHAT YOU MEAN!! MY CO-WORKERS ARE ALWAYS ASKING ME IF THAT IS ALL I'M EATING OR HOW MUCH DID I EAT FOR LUNCH TODAY? I THINK THE LOOK ON THEIR FACES IS COMICAL AND I GET A BIG LAUGH OUT OF IT PLUS IT MAKES ME FEEL GOOD!!
