Morgan, It sounds like you are right on track kiddo. Don't sweat the small stuff. You are not going to stretch your pouch with water. Take one day at a time and don't get caught up in numbers or what someone else has lost. Like you said, everyone is different and you are doing great.

Morgan you are doing great!  25 pounds is amazing!!!  Yes, you are right on schedule for your first stall.  Mine lasted for 4 weeks.  Now I seem to have settled into a pattern (remember I am a psycho beast and weigh daily) I lose for 2 days in a row and then nothing for a week and then it happens again.  I do NOT recommend weighing every day but I gave up fight with y sicko brain!

Water goes through your pouchie- it won't stretch it.  If anything you would barf if you overfilled it with water.  YUCK!

I have maintained for one year at this point.  I am steady at -120 pounds.  =)

Hey there Morgan -  I think you're doing just fine!  Not crazy...or what!!!  Just keep doing what you're doing and you'll be fine.  I liked what Kim said about "slow & steady".  She's right!
