Today is the dreaded Day 3 for you... the worst of them all.  I hurt so badly on Day 3 that I thought I might not survive.  Keep on your meds today and try to move around as much as you can...You will probably start to feel better tomorrow and it's all going to get easier and easier from there on.

Best of luck!

I'm with John on this one.  Day 3 was the worst.  It was the day that I wondered what in the heck have I gotten myself into.  I do think that the more you move around the better it is.  I used a lot of tylenol since the liquid loritab made me sick.  Also the worst part for me was trying to roll over or get out of the bed which I slept in from day 1.  After day 3 or 4 that was even better.  This too shall pass......  Keep walking, sipping, walking, sipping, walking sipping!!!

This is the ride of my life.....what an amazing tool I now have!!!

Yes, all of my muscles hurt too.  They started hurting while still in the hospital and didn't stop until probably day 4 or 5.  I thought it was because I was favoring my tummy muscles so much and using my legs and arm muscles much more than usual?

I don't know...  but, I do know it gets better :o)
