Started Probonics today

I hope they don't make me feel bad.  Is anyone else taking them?  I'm only taking 1 per day and it's 14 billion. 

I'm starting them today too in hopes of getting shed of this stomach thing I have going on-they make me feel better an.d stronger

Call me a slaptard, but what is a probonic and what exactly is it supposed to do?

Probonic may be a trade name of a probiotic.  Probiotics replace the good bacteria that live in your intestines and get killed out from time to time, like when you are on anti-biotics and you start having bathroom issues...yep due to not enough of that good bacteria.  The bacteria can be found in yogurt (Activia - probably a marketing ploy OR they've got more than others) I also want to say that the same bacteria is found in butter milk.

Ahhh, now probiotics I know about...here I was thinking that it was something different!  Thanks bunches!
