Prayers Please..Trip cut short due to emergency....
Rita, I brought my Grandmother into my home to care for her when no one else could. She was 94. She made it a year here. She had dementia. It was the hardest year of my life, yet the most rewarding year at the same time. She seemed to know so many things and went dancing every other weekend until 2 months before she died. But she would have sundown syndrom and would do strange things at night. I was blessed to be by her side when she danced into heaven. It was so worth the sacrafice of my time, money, energy...anything that was required of me to make her last year of life a happy, safe one. My prayers for you are for strength to endure this. It is so hard and though this is your mom and that was my Grandmother...I do understand some of what you are going through...Sherry
