Banana tummy is interesting...

It's so weird how some days I can fit in more food than others.  On Saturday I was feeling hungry but yesterday and today I wasn't too interested at all.

Now if we could just capture that "not interested" feeling so we could uncork it when we are feeling hungry.

I just think it's interesting how each day is a new adventure!

It is weird for sure.  I seem to have more days of "not interested" than not.  It's really a miracle.  I pretty much just have to make myself eat because it's time and I need to get the protein in.  On weekends when I do have the hungry feeling I think it's more from boredom.  Who knows!!

This is the ride of my life.....what an amazing tool I now have!!!

Kim,

Are there days, you just "forget" to eat?  I know that is one of my current downfalls.  I get busy with doing something and I'm so dis-interested in food that sometimes I forget to eat.  i didn't know if the banana-bellies had that as a problem....

Oh and I AM eating finally...hehe  just not much...  but drinking more than 80oz per day!  I think my dis-interest from food is the fact that nothing has flavor anymore.  it's so strange that foods really taste different to me.

Big love,

T.

I can't say that I ever forget to eat but then I don't have a Caribbean paradise empire to run!  LOL!  It's more that I'm not really interested.

Man, I remember times when I would get home from work and just raid the kitchen because I was surely going to die for starvation.  What a difference a scalpel can make.  And getting my head screwed on right when it comes to food.

I can't say that food tastes all that different to me but I no interest in bread or pasta anymore.  I just instinctively know that it's gonna ball up and cause me grief in the tummy so I avoid it.  Can I get a hallelujah???

Big love to you too T.  Glad you're eating a little something at least.  Would like to see new pics before you get blown away by the trade winds since you don't have enough ballast to stay Earth bound!

T.  - It is not so much a case of forgetting to eat for me, although it has happened a couple of time, but I do find a lot of dis-interest in food. Food does taste different to me also and I have become particularly picky with what I eat. I have a lot of that "not in the mood for any particular food" moments. I find myself eating a lot of the same stuff all the time, because it just doesn't matter, I am not particularly interested in anything specific. I think this is because food is not used as entertaiment anymore and we cannot gorge! I kind of like this feeling though, I don't care if I lack creativity when it comes to food - I eat because I have to.

I know what you're saying!  I hear some people say that they are picky about what they put in tiny tummy because it holds so little so they want the best.  And I truly understand that.  But for me, full is full and I really don't care what it is.  Of course at a restaurant I would always pick the most flavorful food but at home, who cares??  (my poor, poor husband!!!)

When you are able to bottle the "not interested", be sure & send some my way.  I agree with Debbie, I think boredom gets to me too.  I fell last Friday & have been laid up since (only going to work & class)...From Friday to Sunday....man-o-man...I really ate some things I shouldn't have.  Oh well, back on the horse

As soon as I can figure out how to bottle it up, it's free to all of my friends on the Oklahoma OH board.  But it will be a lot more than that to everyone else!  Ha!  I pray the feeling lasts and lasts!

On week-ends I can definitely eat more...that is because I don't have the structure of the week-days.
