I am around 600-700 a day.  Some days more, some days less, but 600 is a good average.

Thanks!  I'm sure happy about it.  I would like to be at goal at 6 months which would be around Halloween, but I would still be thrilled it it was off by December.  Whenever it comes off - AS LONG AS it comes off.    But look at you - you're at the 1/2 way mark already!!  WTG - aren't we all just AWESOME???  Okay, done being a third grader now.  In all seriousness, I think we are all doing a fantastic job.

You are shrinking so much!!!!!  Congratulations on how successful you have been.  Way to go!  I need to make sure I don't get higher than 700 each day.  Weird, how as you can eat more you have to star****ching it again.

I eat between 750-950 calories most days.  Some days it will be less and every once in awhile it will be more.  I am almost 6 months out now.  You have to be careful not to stay to low or it will stall you.  On protein I average between 85-100 grams a day.  If you find yourself stalling up your water and your protein.

You ladies that track.....where do you do that?  I probably need to do that just to keep myself honest.

I use www.thedailyplate.com

It is super easy and I also track my exercise.  I do not focus on my calories it is more to track protein and to make sure I am eating pretty balanced when it comes to protein, fat, and carbs.  I also wanted to watch my sodium intake.

About a month or so ago, when I was tracking, I was between 600 and 700 calories a day, about 50 to 60 gr of protein. Occasionally, like on the week-end I may have reached 800 calories. Now I don't track anymore!

Amy, I never count anything. I just eat my protein first and go from there. Haven't had any problems thus far.
