Oh my badness! I am one that had a hard time figuring what the h*** happen. But I am looking forward everything returning to the loving family we have had in the recent past. True, we are all human and some times we just screw up. Some of us haven't learn our lessons yet and continue to churn and burn.  Thomas, I think you are just charming. I like that you are brave enough to call all of us girls....beautiful, gorgeous or what ever just to make us feel better even for just a moment. I can tell you love women....and I think you really love people. Don't change.

cheryl,  that note means a lot to me.  I do really love people.  I also know that there's been a million girls who have been treated so horribly wrong by more than just men, it's society in general.  I try to bring a smile to everyone I see in my day because i want to appreciate everything I have and the opportunity to always leave a smidgen of kindness if it's possible with others.

I've got "big girl" friends in the islands who have this "stigma" about them because no one ever wants to call them beautiful, or even interesting......their self-respect has been eroded over the years, so I make it a point to make sure that when I see them, they know that I'm sincere when I give them a hug or talk to them.  Most everyone that i now really are beautiful people.  To me it doesn't take getting skinny to be beautiful or recognized.  I love people for their heart and the fact that girls who haven't had attention paid to them in a kind sincere way make the best friends.  I don't have to try to make them feel better, i like making them feel better, and in return, i have a dependable and kind friend for life...

oh thomas!! you make me feel good about myself when you call me beautiful and hon! i hear that from my husband but sometimes we just need to hear it from someone outside of our comfort zone i.e. family and work. don't ever change just to please someone else. that just doesn't seem like you! i feel like i have connected with all you guys on this forum in a special way and i don't want anything to come in between that. you also make me laugh and i am all the time telling my husband what you said and he gets a big kick out of you too. YOU are beautiful, thomas and i mean that!!
