That's it, I am off high-blood pressure medicine!!! It took six months, but it happened. Let's hope I can stay off....Dr. B. said I have to check it in a couple of weeks, and make sure it's still good....My HBP is also a genetic issue, my Dad had for years and he was of normal weight, so I always thought I was doomed to have it.....so, I am keeping fingers and toes (yes I can cross my toes! HaHa!!) crossed!! WOW, I have had high blood pressure for the last 12 years!

Anna with the banana,

That is such WONDERFUL news!  I am so, so happy for you!  It is such a pleasure to get rid of medications and make it one less thing  to have to remember and think about.  I'll bet all that exercise you're doing doesn't hurt anything either!

Please monitor closely since we love you!

That is so exciting!!!  I think your blood pressure med money should go into your "reward" fund to buy you something new to celebrate your success!!!

Yeah for Anna!  That's awesome!  I'm hoping I can go off my HBP next month when I have my follow-up with Dr. W.  I've been on that medication since 1987!!!  A LONG time.  I've had my BPM reduced considerably and only have to take one pill now but I'm not totally off ....YET.

This is the ride of my life.....what an amazing tool I now have!!!
