Missing Ya'll

Hey everyone,  I haven't had time to get on line.  This was the first week of school and my son started football practice which means I leave the house @ 6:30 am and don't get home until 9:30 p.m.  I'm trying to get the comp. tech. to open access to OH for me to use at school after hours.  I wait around in my room until practice @ 6:00 p.m., hope I can convince her.  Went to 2 week post op Tues and had lost a grand total of 24.5 pounds since surgery!!!  . Making my total 38 lbs since my weight loss journey began mid June.  Unfortunately I'm still packing my left incision, however I'm getting pretty darn fast at it.  I am sure enjoying mushies, I can eat 1/2 of a string cheese or 1/3 of a scrambled egg and feel like I've had Thanksgiving Dinner!  Will be catching up on posts on the weekends if tech won't cooperate.

I sure hope you can get OH opened up at school dor your down time in he late afternoons.  Sounds like you have a horribly busy day!  It would be nice to be able to hang out here for a couple hours in the afternoon.

Also sorry to hear about your incision.  Just keep taking care of it and it will heal and once it is behind you, you'll just about forget about it. 


Remember, it is all worth it in the end!

I'm sorry you're STILL having to pack your incision.  That is the pits!  Sounds like you have a good attitude though.  Losing 24.5 pounds sure makes it easier to deal, huh?  Congratulations!  That is a lot of weight in a very short time!  I hope you are as proud of yourself as you should be!

Don't let the nerds win!  Keep asking!  (just kidding - I work with a bunch of nerds and they rule the world at my office!)  It would be such a good use of your time to be able to catch up.  I don't know about you, but I have to have my peeps here!

I'm in the same boat as you are. I could post during summer school, but I think I'm going to be busier than usual this year. Since I'm in my 3rd year in Edmond, my co-LMS has decided (finally) to let me have more responsibility than usual. So, I'm excited that I get to be the one in charge of our newly formed freshman book club. I still get to help with the 10-12, but the 9th graders will be all mine! How exciting is that?!
