My first real WOW
GlitterGal's comment made me laugh -- I am far from perfect either! Tan and Tone just added cardio, but all they have is a recumbant bike. We just started out with a 5 week membership which is up on Monday. We are trying to decide if we are going to renew or look at other options. The other options are YMCA, Curves, or Mademoiselle. I really would like an option of water aerobics. It is hard to decide. It was much easier when I just did not exercise! LOL.
Way to go Nancy!!! Nineteen inches gone forever!!! I have been going to Curves for Women. I usually go a minimum of 3 times a week and have lost a lot of inches as well. I have gotten my cardio up where it should be for my age. I look forward to going and usually have the same group of women there each time. I don't have a YMCA close so it wasn't an option for me. I think as long as we are active that's the main thing!!
