My first real WOW

My daughter-in-law and I have been going to Tan and Tone 3 times a week. We measured on visit 3. Today was visit 10 and time to measure again. In just a little over 2 weeks, I lost NINETEEN inches!!! She lost 10.25 inches. We were both beaming! the girl kept checking my measurements because she thought she was doing something wrong.

That is amazing!!! I know you were so excited! Congrats on you loss of nearly 20 inches!!! Wow! I can't even imagine!! You did good!   Sherry

How soon after your surgery did you start going to tan and tone?  I am planning on having the lap band in September and have been debating gym vs tan and tone.. Love to hear from you ..

I tried to start the same week but was still too sore. I started almost 3 weeks after surgery without a problem. We like it, but are debating about continuing there or joining the YMCA.

Wow way to go!  You know that is what matters most, loosing inches, CONGRATULATIONS!!!

I wish I had measured.  I never even thought of it and kept thinking it was too late.  I guess it's never too late!

Congratulations!  You are doing so well.  I'm thinking that Anna is going to have to share the "Perfect Patient" crown with you!

Don't listen to GlitterGal  - I am not a perfect patient!!! But, congrats on the inches!!! I also have a membership to Tan & Tone and since March I lost a total of 56 inches (as of July 15th) - I am taking a break from going there for the month of August, because, after going there for 4 months, I think I was building some muscles and losing inches more than pounds...and I really need to lose the pounds right now!! So, I am doing just cardio for this month and see how it goes...
