For natural remedy, drink some senna tea, eat some ff refried beans and lay off the cheese.  Otherwise, call your doctor and ask what to take.  Up your fluids, too.  This will be a constant problem in the future unless you can figure out what keeps you moving (sorry for the pun.)

P.S. You can take a stool softener am and pm for a couple days until you get going.  I take one every morning.

Bless your heart. If I don't have a bowel movement even one day, I take a cap full of Miralax, put it in my shake, and it works great. I like that it's a powder that mixes well and has no flavor. I get it at Wal-Mart.
Blessings,
Mary

If natural remedies don't work, Miralax works great -

I can totally sympathize with you.  I was having this very problem last weekend.  I was one miserable gal.  I ended up waking up my DH about 3:00a.m. Monday morning and told him he had to go to WalMart for me.  I had him buy me a fleet enema and also fleet suppositories.  I used one suppository and walla...within 5 minutes...RELIEF...  I have never in my life had to resort to that but when they doubled up my iron it really locked me up.  I tell ya sista, go for the fleet suppository as bad as it sounds it will do the trick for you!  Maybe this will mak you "crappy"!

This is the ride of my life.....what an amazing tool I now have!!!

I've used Dulcolax and it has helped me...  I hope you find something that brings some relief to you soon, girl.  It sounds awful and I send lots of *hugs* to you!  Also try apple juice... that's helped me too.

Constipation has been the worst part of this whole experience! Miralax does nothing for me. I have had to resort to fleet too. while it is not a pleasant experience, it sure beats being miserable!
